Idaho Falls is an area rich in tradition with many weekly events. Make sure you mark your calendars because you won’t want to miss these!
Every Saturday from now through the month of September is the Downtown Farmer’s Market. It’s located at 501 Broadway in the Keybank parking lot from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Come and enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables grown by local farmers and other yummy treats like homemade breads, jams, and pastries. Don’t forget there is also an array of wonderful crafts and handmade jewelry. You will love spending your summer mornings browsing through this quaint little market and may find yourself coming back each week for more.
Tuesday evenings along the east side of the greenbelt is a Summer Concert Series presented by Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. It’s from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. between D Street and E Street. It features local musicians who are willing to share their wonderful talents free to the public.
Wednesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. is Alive After 5, located downtown on the corner of Park and B Street. There is live entertainment, along with an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. It’s the perfect way to kickback and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings right in the middle of the workweek.
